Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support by participating in conversations and recreational activities
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for your customers
• Assist clients with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as light housework and meal preparation
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
• Monitor and report any changes in your client’s condition to our healthcare team
• Willingness to learn new skills to better serve your customers

Qualifications:

• A genuine desire to help others and improve their quality of life
• Compassionate, empathetic, patient and understanding
• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance and/or nursing care is a Plus!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
